Shipping Policy

We only ship to the address provided during checkout, and are unable to change the shipping address after payment has been submitted.

We do not ship to hotel/motel rooms nor to freight forwarding services. All orders placed with hotel/motel rooms and freight forwarding services as their destination address will be cancelled and refunded.

We offer International Shipping. Exact cost depends on where the item is being shipped. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please make sure to read our return policy carefully prior to ordering, By ordering you have agreed to the terms and conditions set forth by our return policy.

We do our very best to correctly represent all items we sell. Unfortunately, sometimes there may be incidents beyond our control. If you should receive a DEFECTIVE or BROKEN ITEM, or maybe you're HAVING TROUBLE INSTALLING a part purchased from us, please contact us.

Also, during the shipping and handling process clothing may become wrinkled or creased. This does not mean that the item did not come as described.
 

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we are temporarily suspending product returns and exchanges. However, if an item did not come as described we offer a 5 day exchange/refund policy. In order to be exchanged or returned items must include; original packaging, original attached tags, must not smell of perfume, cologne, or smoke, and be free of makeup for an exchange/refund.

Custom made clothing and intimate items such as; masks and lingerie cannot be returned under any circumstances!
 

On all returns or exchanges, regardless of reason, customers must return all items in their original condition which include; the original packaging accompanied with packing slip, documentation & manuals and accessories, etc., at the buyer's own cost. Clothing tags must still be attached.
